Minimally Invasive Surgical Techniques

Is surgery for neck or back pain necessary? Sometimes. It is reasonable to consider spine surgery if the pain has not diminished after months of non-surgical treatment, if pain does not respond to medication, or if the patient is unable to complete basic daily activities; it may be the only option.

Dr. Johnson treats all kinds of spinal disorders including:

Back Pain

Disc Disease

Spina Bifida

Cervical Spine Instability

Dr. Johnson’s background and expertise in the brain and spinal health of children is extensive. She has presented her research at numerous national meetings, is published in several peer reviewed journals and has even trained internationally.
